Conference Participation Fee
Participation in the conference is free of charge for registered participants.
The conference provides an international academic platform for researchers, scholars, doctoral students, experts, practitioners, and representatives of universities, research institutions, public organizations, and professional communities interested in green taxonomy, sustainable development, green technologies, and green economy.
An electronic certificate of participation may be provided free of charge to registered participants who take part in the conference programme.
Publication Fee
Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings may be required to pay a publication fee. The publication fee for a full manuscript is up to 230 EUR per manuscript. The standard fee may be revised depending on publication conditions, editorial requirements, publisher policies, and organizational arrangements.
Payment is made only after the manuscript has passed peer review and has been approved by the editors for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. No publication fee is charged at the initial submission stage.
What the Publication Fee Covers
The publication fee may cover publication-related editorial and technical procedures, including preliminary editorial screening, manuscript processing, plagiarism check, peer-review coordination, communication with authors, editorial preparation of accepted manuscripts, technical preparation of publication materials, and coordination with the publisher or publication platform.
The final decision on inclusion of a manuscript in the Conference Proceedings is based on its academic quality, originality, relevance to the conference scope, methodological soundness, language quality, and compliance with publication ethics and author guidelines.

Indexing Disclaimer
Publication in the Conference Proceedings does not guarantee indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, or any other bibliographic or abstracting database. Indexing decisions are made exclusively by the relevant indexing databases and depend on their independent evaluation procedures, selection criteria, technical requirements, and internal policies. The organizing committee, editors, and publisher cannot guarantee the inclusion of individual articles or the Conference Proceedings as a whole in any specific indexing database, nor can they guarantee the timing of indexing.
