Participation in the conference is free of charge for registered participants.

The conference provides an international academic platform for researchers, scholars, doctoral students, experts, practitioners, and representatives of universities, research institutions, public organizations, and professional communities interested in green taxonomy, sustainable development, green technologies, and green economy.

An electronic certificate of participation may be provided free of charge to registered participants who take part in the conference programme.

Publication Fee

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings may be required to pay a publication fee. The publication fee for a full manuscript is up to 230 EUR per manuscript. The standard fee may be revised depending on publication conditions, editorial requirements, publisher policies, and organizational arrangements.

Payment is made only after the manuscript has passed peer review and has been approved by the editors for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. No publication fee is charged at the initial submission stage.

What the Publication Fee Covers

The publication fee may cover publication-related editorial and technical procedures, including preliminary editorial screening, manuscript processing, plagiarism check, peer-review coordination, communication with authors, editorial preparation of accepted manuscripts, technical preparation of publication materials, and coordination with the publisher or publication platform.

The final decision on inclusion of a manuscript in the Conference Proceedings is based on its academic quality, originality, relevance to the conference scope, methodological soundness, language quality, and compliance with publication ethics and author guidelines.

Payment Procedure

  • Authors will receive payment instructions only after the manuscript has been reviewed and approved by the editors for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the organizing committee and for completing the payment procedure within the specified deadline.
  • If the manuscript requires revision, payment instructions will be provided only after the revised version has been accepted by the editors.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • After the editorial decision has been made to include the manuscript in the Conference Proceedings, withdrawal of the article at the author’s initiative is not possible.
  • Before the editorial decision on inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, an author may request withdrawal of the manuscript by submitting a written request to the organizing committee.
  • The manuscript may be withdrawn by the publisher, editors, or organizing committee if the authors violate publication ethics, including but not limited to plagiarism, duplicate submission, inappropriate authorship, data manipulation, copyright infringement, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or failure to comply with editorial requirements.
  • If the manuscript is withdrawn by the publisher, editors, or organizing committee due to violation of publication ethics or author misconduct, the publication fee is not refundable.
  • Refund requests, where applicable, are considered individually and must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee.
